Tonight was the end if semester Happy Hour for Charli's playschool group. Hard to believe, but all of the kids really seem to like seaweed! And honestly, what's not to like? Crunchy, salty, but still at least kinda healthy... Right?
Charli, i will try some of your fried seaweed!!! It couldn't be any worse than green tea ice cream-- could it??? Only in San Francisco. Maybe we should bring some Twinkies and teach you the joy of unhealthy snacks. Bienbaw

Is that flash fried seaweed? All the seaweed I have ever seen was slimy.
Not flash fried I don't think, but definitely not slimy. I think it's dried or something...
