rollin' rollin' rollin', rawhide

How could I forget? Charli rolled over today! From back to front! She didn't really figure it out, though, so she hasn't been able to do it again, but it could happen at any time. Brian and I were both hanging out with her, and trying to make her not cry, and she was doing her currently normal bit of being almost completely over, and then suddenly, she was on her tummy - no arm in the way. We looked at each other, and we both said, "Did she just roll over?" We were so excited after that, we didn't pick her up even though she was crying, because we were waiting for her to roll over again... Poor girl. The rolling over thing really didn't work out for her. Not only did we then wait longer than usual to pick her up, she also ended up on her tummy, which she hates. It's like a cruel joke.

Poor Charli. She reaches a great milestone, and all she gets is grief. Life can turn on ya like that.

Nice job on the bed. Sorry about the split end. I noticed it took from 2:53 to 6:53 to put it together. Thank God you had Charli to help you. It might have taken all day otherwise. If the bassinet was too small, it looks like the bed will hold Charli for a while.

I hope Brian won in his Vegas jaunt. That always makes deadbeat behavior a little easier to handle.

At least you were able to put this milestone to music! The first one always sneaks up on you when you least expect it! hang in there! gma

Well, that 6:53 on the last picture... was on the next day. I did finish the crib on the previous day, but it took me till the next evening to get all the shelves and the glider arranged how I want them.

Well, this clock thing could fall into the category of a likely story, but I am afraid if I say too much I may never see a full size picture of Charli again; not to mention a webcam visit. Oh... damn.... I probably should not have said that.
