It was actually pretty cool to have a house call like that - seems like a throwback to a time when the doctor carried around his case, stethoscope around his neck, to do his rounds. The tools of the trade are largely the same as well, stethoscope, thermometer, teeny scale, etc. The nurse actually had a smartphone to record bits of information on, but she still insisted on writing the measurements down her pad just to be sure she got them right.
One thing that has changed, even since Charli, is how WE are recording things. Last time we had pencil & paper to write down when diaper changes and feeding happened. Now we have smart phones! Korin has an android phone, and has an app on there that makes it really easy to record feedings and diaper changes, and to have little reminders go off when it's time to take pain killers. It's a fun time to be a geek!
Anyway, things are going pretty smoothly here. Korin is obviously in a bit of discomfort, having given birth just a few days ago, but she's getting better too.

Thanks for the report. We are always interested in the status. The good news about the golf trip is the weather is great. I am a little arm weary though from hitting so many shots. Maybe Buster will take up the game and be a pro. That would be fun.
